Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose/mend mechanical and electromechanical issues to reduce downtime.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, upgrades, retrofits.
• Train customers on machine operation and best practices.
• Document service activities; feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales teams for quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or equivalent hands-on field service exp.
• Minimum 5 years field service experience.
• Hands-on mech systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment.
• Understanding of electrical systems/controls desirable.
• Adaptable to industrial environments and travel up to 80% in EMEA.
• Independent, solution-oriented; good communication; English.
