Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Support customers with training and best practices for daily machine operation.
• Document service activities and provide clear feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven practical experience in a mechanical field service role.
• EFK (Elektrofachkraft) and AuS (Arbeiten unter Spannung) qualification mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Service Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls preferred.
• English and German fluent; driving license with a good record; willingness to travel across mostly
