Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide maintenance, repair, and technical support for medical devices under customer maintenance
• Offer basic system operation training and troubleshooting for customers.
• Collaborate with technical/prod support for complex issues to ensure fast, accurate service.
• Support safe and effective operation of Da Vinci surgical systems to reduce clinician workload and
• Mentor newer engineers to raise overall technical capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year field service experience as an Intuitive Field Service Engineer or equivalent.
• Troubleshooting ability for medical devices or electronic/mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal/external coordination.
• Accurate service reporting and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC operations.
