Field Service Engineer I/II

📋 Description

• Calibrations/Qualifications on lab instrumentation
• Travel to customer sites for calibrations and PMs
• Maintain parts inventory and complete admin paperwork
• Follow GDP and SOPs; safeguard client confidentiality
• Communicate with clients and internal/external parties
• Perform tasks per management direction

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year degree in related science field
• 0-1 years (FSE I) or 1-3 years (FSE II) experience
• Experience calibrating pipettes/balances (FSE II)
• Physical ability to lift/transport equipment
• Clear communication and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, proactive; valid driver’s license
