Provide front-line technical support to LGC’s instruments and consumables.
Install, train, repair, and maintain equipment onsite or remotely.
Collaborate with Field Service Manager and teams to meet customer needs.
On-call emergency support and up to 75% travel domestically and internationally.
Support instrument implementation and production optimization.
Balance resources to service customer accounts globally.

🎯 Requirements

2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
3 years Field Service experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clean criminal record due to travel visa requirements.
Preferred: 3 years Field Service in Life Science or Ag-Bio.
Excellent communication and customer-care focus.
