Front-line technical support for laboratory instrumentation and consumables
Onsite and remote problem resolution at customer sites
Provide equipment and software training; log and route issues
Shadow senior engineers during installations; perform repairs and preventive maintenance
Collaboration with Field Service Advisor and management to balance resources
Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally

🎯 Requirements

2-year degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical field or equivalent
3 years’ Field Service experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Clean criminal record for travel visa qualification
Preferred: 3 years Field Service in Life Science or Ag-Bio
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-care skills
