📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative and reactive repairs.
• Build relationships with customers and site contacts, delivering professional service.
• Travel throughout region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays.
• Record service activities and machine status using digital systems and tools.

• Electro-mechanical background with interest in testing and repairing complex equipment
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset
• Customer-focused with clear, confident communication
• Comfort with power/hand tools, independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel and manage own schedule in the field
• Full UK driving licence
