• Install, maintain, repair TOMRA RVMs at customer sites
• Support installation and rollout of new machines UK-wide
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues
• Build relationships with customers and site contacts
• Travel to support customers; overnight stays may be needed
• Record service activities using digital systems

• Electro-mechanical systems foundation
• Curious, solution-oriented mindset; detail-minded
• Customer-focused with clear communication
• Comfort with power/tools; work solo or in team
• Flexibility to travel and manage field schedule
• Full UK driving licence
