Field Service Support Engineer 3

📋 Description

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within designated area.
• Meet and surpass service agreements and warranty obligations.
• Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees.
• Perform system installation, inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, and
• Coordinate delivery/installation and adhere to OR and HIPAA standards.
• Document service activities, maintain records, and report to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Team-oriented, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% as required by management.
• Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks and work flexible shifts.
• Residence within ~30 miles of territory and clean driving record.
• Minimum 5+ years field service experience preferred; Associate degree or equivalent.
• Proven troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems; good written/oral communication; basic
