Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer systems.
• Assist Install with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Organize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering service and training.
• Provide support to other Field Service Technicians to promote teamwork.
• Drive safely to service locations and follow local laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing access control or fire alarm systems.
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Operate power equipment such as aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, etc.
