Provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites
Conduct troubleshooting per SOPs to ensure optimal system performance
Assist with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning after construction
Organize daily service calls and route for timely maintenance
Build strong relationships with customers through training and support
Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations

🎯 Requirements

Must be able to travel Monday–Friday within ~150–250 miles
Valid driver’s license
2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a
OSHA certification or familiarity preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Basic math and ability to operate power equipment
