Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist with site planning and system commissioning after construction.
• Organize daily service calls and route to ensure timely maintenance and repair work.
• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and support.
• Monitor daily inventory, complete service reports, and submit docs on time.
• Drive safely and travel to service locations following all laws and safety guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Mon–Fri within ~150–250 miles radius
• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control and/or
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to operate various power equipment (aerial
