Field Service Technician Senior - Automotive

📋 Description

• Provide on-site technical support to customer locations and service centers across the United
• Deliver remote technical and customer support via phone and email, including warranty case
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and escalated service concerns.
• Support engineering initiatives by gathering vehicle data, reviewing products, and collecting
• Collaborate with engineering, publications, and marketing to create installation manuals and
• Coordinate pre-trip activities and prepare for on-site assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in automotive technology or related field
• At least 10 years of automotive technician experience, or an associate degree with 4+ years of
• Experience delivering classroom instruction and hands-on training.
• Experience with LPG and/or CNG/LNG solutions.
• Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair OBD-II engine issues.
• Proficient with OBD diagnostic tools and interpreting data.
