📋 Description

• Own workload business across APJ; drive growth and pipeline.
• Develop and execute regional Workload Business Plan with goals.
• Conduct TAM and whitespace analysis for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, SE, Marketing & Partners on GTM plays.
• Align messaging with HQ/product on Why Everpure/Why Now.
• Drive enablement and demos to expand workload adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree in CS, Engineering or Math.
• 15+ years in storage and/or cloud infra; 5+ years designing/selling File solutions.
• Proficiency in positioning infrastructure benefits to business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear, constructive communication with management, peers, customers and partners.
