• Deliver hands-on ops and maintenance training during onboarding and transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in car wash operations, maintenance, or training.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tunnel ops, safety, and wash quality.
• Experience coaching trainers and frontline teams.
• Influence and drive adoption without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and observation skills; adapt to audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~60–80% with multi-day market visits.
