Field Training Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver live and remote clinical/technical training for field teams and sales reps
• Design curricula, materials, certification paths, onboarding programs
• Oversee onboarding and competency for Field Clinical Specialists
• Assess knowledge to certify, remediate or train further
• Provide hands-on training during implants, virtual education, and sessions
• Proctor physicians and supervise procedural education for safe adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Biomedical Eng, Nursing or related field
• At least 7 years in medical device industry (CRM/EP)
• Strong experience with implantable cardiac device procedures
• Hands-on knowledge of cardiac devices and therapy strategies
• Experience mentoring field personnel
• Experience delivering group clinical education and hands-on training
