• Lead the store in Bad Bentheim after structured onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in retail, gastronomy, or service (e.g., assistant store manager or shift
• Customer- and sales-oriented, with ability to inspire team to meet customer needs.
• Initiative, strong communication, and ability to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility for store results.
• Very good German language skills (C1) written and spoken.
