📋 Description

• Lead a JYSK store in Brake (Unterweser) after structured onboarding.
• Manage, motivate and develop store team per our values and leadership principles.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and take initiative to increase store performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a first-class shopping experience.
• Implement store concepts and actively participate in sales floor and merchandising.
• Prepare for progression to higher store leadership roles (District Manager level).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail, gastronomy, or service sector.
• Strong customer- and sales orientation with a passion for service.
• Self-driven, communicative, and capable of taking initiative.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
• Very good German language skills (C1 or higher) in speaking and writing.
• Willingness to relocate/transition into a management role within the Brake area.
