• Lead and develop a store in the Aachen area after structured onboarding in Düren.
• Motivate and develop the store team according to values and leadership principles.
• Drive revenue and KPIs, initiate actions to increase store performance.
• Ensure 100% customer focus and a first-class shopping experience.
• Implement store concepts and actively participate in floor and stock duties.
