📋 Description

• Lead and develop the store in Vechelde after structured onboarding
• Motivate, coach, and grow the store team per our leadership principles
• Drive sales and manage KPIs to ensure a strong store performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and a first-class shopping experience
• Implement store concepts and participate hands-on in daily store operations
• Progress path to higher leadership roles (e.g., District Manager)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or service sectors with leadership exposure
• Strong customer- and sales-orientation; ability to inspire a team
• Initiative, communication skills, and ownership mindset
• Entrepreneurial thinking with responsibility for the store
• German language proficiency at least C1 (spoken and written)
