Provides strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations for the Alamo Workforce
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while safeguarding fiscal integrity
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee accounting, payroll, and procurement functions.
Monitor grant and contract compliance with funder regulations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for leadership and funders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in non-profit or
Expertise in GAAP, cost allocation, and grants management.
