Finance Assistant, Mandarin Speaking

📋 Description

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting docs.
• Pull billing and cost data from multiple systems weekly and consolidate.
• Check each billing file for formula accuracy and contract alignment.
• Submit billing files for internal approval and issue invoices to customers.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on invoice calculations and contract terms.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers to clarify billing details.

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-obsessed and able to be the final check before money moves.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Confident with stakeholders and high-volume data.
• Experience creating invoices and understanding P&L impact.
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, lookups, large data sets).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to work UK hours (8:15–17:15).
