Provide actionable insights to drive value across the business.
Develop transparent narratives on performance drivers, risks, and ops.
Standardize and simplify reporting, forecasting and planning.
Collaborate with FP&A to speed up financial reporting and planning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Finance.
English fluency; 8+ years in finance leadership.
Experience with senior stakeholders across functions.
Strong problem solving and structure white space for clarity.
Ability to provide total business perspective beyond core finance.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
