Provide senior level finance business partnering for WEU Nordics cluster & WEU Regional
Lead financial performance management and reporting (forecasts, actuals, OP, 3YP)
Develop actionable insights to drive value creation across the business
Build financial models to analyze scenarios and inform decisions
Drive strategy development and execution with commercial leaders
Partner with FP&A to ensure clear, fast financial reporting and planning

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Finance; English fluency
8+ years of finance leadership experience
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions
Strong problem solving, structuring, and transparency capabilities
Experience in matrixed orgs; total business perspective
Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce/MS Dynamics; BI tools
