🎯 Requirements

Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Influence and challenge stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and financial systems
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or active in progress
