Finance Intern LATAM

📋 Description

• Assist daily financial ops: billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Track payments, organize data, and maintain records across systems.
• Support Revenue & Collections: monitor AR and follow up on payments.
• Organize financial reports and assist data analysis on revenue and cash flow.
• Document routines to improve LATAM processes and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to ensure accurate billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish a plus.
• Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Interest in B2B SaaS, community building, and finance.
• Strong written communication; adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Good organizational skills; proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, docs.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn how to track performance and signals.
