Oversee crypto-to-fiat payroll for a distributed team in multiple currencies.
Monitor liquid assets, secure storage, on-chain gas management, fiat off-ramping.
Implement and optimize crypto-native accounting software (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres).
Collaborate with external partners to ensure tax/reporting compliance for digital assets.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in crypto accounting tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and QuickBooks, Xero.
Direct experience managing international payroll with digital assets and fiat.
Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning Network, L2).
Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
