Monitor liquid assets; secure storage, on-chain gas management, and fiat off-ramping.
Implement crypto-native accounting software (Cryptio, Bitwave) for reconciliation.
Work with external partners to ensure tax compliance for digital assets.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
Proven proficiency with crypto tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and QuickBooks/Xero.
Direct experience managing international payroll with digital assets and fiat.
Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning, or L2).
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
