Implement crypto-native accounting software (Bitwave, Cryptio) to automate reconciliation.
Work with partners to ensure tax reporting for digital assets complies with laws.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency with crypto tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and traditional apps (QuickBooks, Xero).
Direct experience managing international payroll with digital assets and fiat.
Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning, L2).
Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
