Implement crypto-native accounting tools (Cryptio, Bitwave) for reconciliation.
Work with partners to ensure compliance with international tax laws for digital assets.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
Crypto accounting tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and QuickBooks/Xero.
International payroll experience with digital assets and fiat.
Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning Network, L2).
Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA a plus.
Detail-oriented, Bitcoin-savvy; able to bridge crypto with traditional banking.
