Oversee global crypto-to-fiat payroll for distributed team; multi-currency distributions.
Monitor liquid assets; secure storage, on-chain gas management, fiat off-ramping.
Implement and optimize crypto-native accounting software (Cryptio, Bitwave) for reconciliation.
You understand the Bitcoin ecosystem and build on a Layer 2.
You have an eye for detail and clean ledgers, crypto-to-fiat conversions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
Proficiency in crypto accounting tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and QuickBooks/Xero.
Direct experience managing international payroll involving digital assets and fiat.
Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning Network, Layer2).
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
