🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency with crypto accounting tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and traditional platforms (QuickBooks, Xero).
Direct experience managing international payroll involving digital assets and fiat.
Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning Network, L2).
Experience ensuring compliance with international tax laws for digital assets.
Ability to build and refine financial processes in a high-growth environment.
