📋 Description

Manage full-cycle accounting for fiat and BTC.
Oversee global crypto-to-fiat payroll for a distributed team.
Monitor liquidity, on-chain movements, and fiat off-ramping.
Implement crypto-native accounting software (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres).
Ensure compliance with international tax and reporting for digital assets.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency with crypto tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and QuickBooks/Xero.
Experience managing international payroll for crypto and fiat.
Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning, L2).
Finance degree; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
Detail-oriented and capable in a high-growth environment.
