📋 Description

  • Manage full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, GL, and month-end close for fiat and BTC.
  • Oversee crypto-to-fiat payroll for a distributed team across currencies.
  • Monitor liquid assets, secure storage, and on-chain gas management.
  • Implement and optimize crypto-native accounting software (Cryptio, Bitwave).
  • Coordinate with external partners for compliance with digital asset tax rules.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience.
  • Experience with Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres and QuickBooks/Xero.
  • Direct experience with international payroll for crypto and fiat.
  • Strong understanding of Bitcoin-native concepts (UTXOs, Lightning, L2).
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
