Finance Lead - Forecasting

📋 Description

• Lead the Demand and Revenue forecasting process for US Fillers (Juvederm collection and pipeline
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for commercial revenue projections across planning cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, MABI, GCD, Field Ops, Pricing, and Finance.
• Prepare and present insights for AbbVie leadership and Allergan Aesthetics commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in Commercial Finance, revenue forecasting, or FP&A; pharma/consumer background
• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting.
• Strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable forecasts and strategic decisions.
• Experience with market research interpretation and data triangulation.
• Proficiency with SAP, BPC, PowerBI, and Excel; ability to automate processes.
