Regularly review customer balances and lead collections follow-ups via email, calls, and visits.
Proactively report invoicing and collection issues to HQ Finance and resolve with stakeholders.
Maintain regular customer reconciliations to ensure balance and payment status alignment.
Support monthly and annual accounting closing activities.
