Act as a subject matter expert in FP&A.
Liaise with business leaders to support budget cycles and track progress toward goals.
Deliver analysis of monthly financial results to forecast full-year performance.
Design and analyze financial reports, variance tools and monthly statements.
Contribute to long-range planning via financial models and projections.
Develop and maintain forecasting/reporting processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
7+ years in financial planning and analysis; complex models a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.
Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
