Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Core contributor to budgeting; manage expenses and headcount planning.
• Review and improve financial models for OKRs and reporting.
• Manage operating model, forecasting, and G&A processes.
• Support FP&A with Budget vs Actual materials.
• Build and maintain Finance AI tooling and systems to automate reporting.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking experience.
• AI-first mindset; experiments with AI to accelerate analysis or automate tasks.
• Excel and PowerPoint mastery; proven financial modeling.
• Strong communication, teamwork, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and ownership in a fast-moving environment.
