Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with project managers to track and manage spending on large-scale startup and capital
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and consolidate
• Use Oracle Projects to strengthen reporting and monitor performance with KPIs.
• Manage the complete project reporting lifecycle from creation to closure.
• Design and deliver standardized reporting using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, and Oracle
• Monitor profitability targets and evaluate ROIC for proposed projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, accounting, budgeting, or similar function.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Oracle Projects.
• Experience evaluating internal controls and strengthening governance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical software; ability to model data and derive
• Experience developing capital and operating budgets.
