📋 Description

• End-to-end financial processes for Benelux, contributing to regional success.
• Lead financial accounting, analyses, reporting, and planning & control cycle.
• Oversee daily financial steering; act as sparring partner to the business.
• Manage a team of 5 with a facilitative leadership style.
• Support transition to a data-driven organization; strengthen internal control and compliance.
• Co-develop and monitor business strategy with Leadership Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum HBO degree; 5+ years in a leadership role within international or listed company.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting for Benelux and international.
• Extensive experience with financial systems (MS Office; ERP; IFS a plus).
• PowerBI knowledge.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.
• Natural leader; able to coach, unite teams, and drive change; drive for AI in Finance.
