📋 Description

• Provide financial leadership and operational support to manufacturing teams, delivering accurate
• Analyze current and future financial results; identify trends and variances for strategic decisions.
• Develop, communicate, and execute annual budgets, plans, and quarterly forecasts with finance and
• Support continuous improvement to enhance profitability, efficiency, and performance.
• Oversee accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance across operations.
• Manage key processes: billing, AP/AR, payroll, month-end, and audit support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years in accounting/finance or financial management
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Strong GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
• ERP/financial tools experience; Sage or OneStream a plus
• Proficient in Excel; analytic, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
