Organize and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and reports.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; analyze performance.
Establish and maintain internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions (investments, capital).
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting/financial mgmt with team lead.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
Accounting or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
