Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Strategic FP&A: Build models for initiatives and scenarios.
• Provide long-term planning and resource allocation recommendations.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: maintain 3-statement and unit econ models.
• Partner with functional leads to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Financial Reporting & Insights: support reporting; deliver insights to leadership.
• Cash Flow & Capital Efficiency: monitor cash flow; deploy capital for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth consumer company.
• Fintech, lending, or subscription experience valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA bonus.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP and BI tools; SQL/Oracle Smart View a plus.
• Ability to translate financial data for senior leadership; cross-functional collaboration.
