Finance Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Build operational framework for reseller partner program; Salesforce requirements, order form
• Drive processing of partner finance monthly activities: virtual card expense reconciliations, Coupa
• Develop partnerships with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, Partner Alliances
• Ensure transition of partner finance/reporting requirements from current owners
• Review open POs for funding and expiration, align on need for additional funds
• Support net-new partner agreements; standardize processes and pipeline changes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication with US-based employees
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
• Methodical and analytical approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with finance project focus
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation
