📋 Description

• Billing ownership: Manage SaaS billing and data validation.
• Operational reporting: Own core metrics reporting, including total bookings.
• System stabilization: Stabilize new accounting software and drive improvements.
• Process optimization: Streamline billing workflows and reconciliations cross-functionally.
• Automated analytics: Build metrics reporting via BI tools and AI.
• Commissions management: Own end-to-end sales commission calculations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Finance Ops, Revenue Ops, O2C, Billing Ops, or related.
• End-to-end O2C experience in a SaaS business.
• Investigate inconsistencies, validate data, and reconcile across sources.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel with complex datasets.
• Independent worker with shifting priorities in an evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Finance, Sales, Ops, Product, and Engineering.
