• Analyze and document existing finance processes in detail and develop process models using
• Identify areas for process optimization and automation; collaborate with stakeholders to refine
• Create digital learning content (e-learning modules, videos, simulations) aligned with learning
• Monitor process performance indicators and contribute to improvements based on data insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools/methodologies.
• Experience creating digital content and e-learning materials.
• Familiarity with performance management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work in an international context.
