Finance Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage monthly reporting and guide the global business segment through forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee financial data management for smooth global consolidation.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiencies, and process improvements.
• Support consolidation reporting packages and adhere to global timelines.
• Investigate variances and drive root-cause analysis for accuracy.
• Lead reporting projects and enhance reporting tools and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or management reporting.
• Basic understanding of general accounting guidelines.
• Experience with consolidations/multi-country environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel; good PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Experience with PowerBI and Alteryx a plus.
• Experience in SAP and EPM/BPC (or similar ERP) a plus.
