📋 Description

• Quarterback deals through CPQ quote-building, approval routing, contract execution
• Own Anthropic’s deal-making execution processes and ensure commercial workflows navigate internal
• Build AI-native tooling with internal teams to scale commercial processes
• Optimize operational workflows to reduce friction in the sales cycle and accelerate time-to-close
• Bridge Sales and supporting teams, maintaining contract/compliance management systems and ensuring
• Maintain visibility on high-priority deals with escalation paths for executive input

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CPQ tools and contract platforms; comfortable using existing systems and improving
• Detail-oriented with a process-improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple departments
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives
• Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms
