Financial Accountant - Transformation

📋 Description

• Be part of a major finance transformation and ERP implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and external partners to improve processes and reporting.
• Support data migration, system testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations and financial reports.
• Maintain strong financial controls and support close cycles and audits.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance process improvement.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or transformation projects.
