Financial Aid Training & Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Financial Aid staff.
• Train on financial aid technologies, system enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and guides.
• Coordinate refresher training and development with FSA, NASFAA, and others.
• Track training completion and measure effectiveness via feedback.
• Partner with Compliance and Operations to reflect current regulatory needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, higher education administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of Title IV financial aid administration in higher education.
• Experience developing and delivering training for adult learners.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt.
